Cost the luncheon is included in the registration fees.
Cancellation Policy
Because of the costs of processing payments and our need for effective planning, your payment includes a non-refundable deposit of $5.00. Cancellations received in writing by contacting the symposium registrar through April 30, 2008 will be refunded the remainder of your payment (mailed by check within 30 days). Cancellations made after April 30, 2008 will unfortunately not receive any refund.
